CRANBERRY & LIME SPRITZER

great alternative to soda ~ a light, refreshing drink for any menu

1 serving

  • 1/2 cup CRANBERRY JUICE, 100% juice
  • 1 1/2 cups SELTZER OR SPARKLING WATER (I like to use lime flavored sparkling water if you can find it)
  • 1 LIME WEDGE
  • ICE CUBES

Pour juice in a tall glass, add seltzer water, lime wedge (squeeze to add juice) and ice cubes; stir. (May substitute apple, raspberry, cherry, grape, or orange juice).

VARIATIONS: May add frozen fruit (raspberries, strawberries, mandarin oranges or cherries) for garnish and keep chilled instead of lime wedge and ice. Serving size is 1 drink.
